With a strong pipeline of projects ahead, we're growing and building a team that will help to drive our continued success.About the OpportunityWe're looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to join our leadership team and oversee the successful delivery of various water infrastructure projects in Victoria. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will provide technical expertise and manage both project and team performance, ensuring high-quality outcomes for our clients and ensuring all projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budget.Key responsibilities include:Working with Project Managers to ensure the financial, contractual, and operational success of multiple projects across the Utilities division.Leading and mentoring a team with a strong focus on safety and quality.Overseeing the financial performance of multiple projects, including revenue forecasting, cost tracking, and reporting.Building and nurturing key client and supplier relationships, identifying solutions that deliver innovative and differentiated value to our clients.Identifying potential project risks and implementing solutions to maintain project momentum.Location for this role is flexible and can be based in our SFP office in central Melbourne or our ABK office in the South East with travel to sites as required.What you'll bring to the teamYou will have a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams and experience in a similar role, with a strong background in delivering water infrastructure projects. Your leadership, commercial acumen, and ability to foster collaboration will be critical to your success.As a natural problem solver, you enjoy tackling complex challenges and partnering with clients to provide innovative solutions.
