Join the team Kmart Australia's Merchandise and Supply Chain technology group is responsible for bringing products that delight our customers from across the globe into our stores throughout Australia and New Zealand.
A team of more than 250 technology professionals, they are responsible for building, managing, supporting, and improving some of the most sophisticated Inventory, Product and Supply Chain retail technology in Australia.

As the Delivery Manager for International Supply Chain, you will lead a team of Iteration Managers and specialist Business Analysts and assume responsibility for the delivery of key IT projects that are revolutionising Kmart and Target and putting us at the forefront of retail in Australia.
What you'll be doing Leading and managing the successful delivery of projects within our International Supply Chain technology team, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.Overseeing day-to-day activities of your team, providing guidance and direction to a team of Business Analysts and Iteration Managers to ensure the right work is being prioritised and delivered in line with ambitious sprint schedules.Actively engaging with stakeholders to understand business needs and align technology solutions accordingly.Building relationships with the business stakeholders across the Supply Chain and Merchandise IT portfolio and Distribution network, through transparent communication.
