The OpportunityTo support travel dreams to come true, the Delivery Manager will manage and deliver the portfolio of strategic and quick win projects for TripADeal. The Delivery Manager provides leadership and direction in the planning and delivery of strategic projects aligned to the TripADeal strategy as well as the quick win stream and will require an active role in the delivery including business analysis and reporting responsibilities.
This role leads a team of business analysts to assist in delivering on the agreed portfolio and works closely with technology and the senior leadership team on priority and development.
Organisational StructureYou'll report to our Head of Delivery, with an interim reporting line to the Chief Financial Officer, and lead a passionate team of up to 5. This is a full time 12-month fixed term contract role, with the potential to convert into a permanent position.
In your new role you will be based on-site from Monday to Friday, 8-4pm or 9-5pm - you choose! Our Byron Bay HQ will be the primary location for this role, requiring a presence of at least 3 days at HQ, with the flexibility to work 2 days from the Gold Coast office if desirable.
