We solve complex problems by finding integrated data-centric solutions from the first stages of engineering and consulting to the last stages of installation and commissioning.Join us and help drive innovation and sustainability in our projects.What you'll doThe role responsibilities include:Delivery of equipment & materials in accordance with the project schedule through the complete procurement life cycle (RFQ, Supplier bid and evaluation, Recommendation for Award, Manufacture & delivery at site).Proactively ensures input information is made available in line with the schedule to enable technical engineering team to develop RFQ, RFP status and Engineering Work packs.Drives timely reviews of engineering documents/drawings both internally and with customer to maintain schedule delivery.Facilitate supplier and engineering team to support each other for ensuring timely issuance of engineering deliverables and timely clearance for procurement and fabrication.Ensure multi-discipline input to key packages (Criticality rating assessments, TBEs, document reviews etc).Regular review of Procurement & Expediting Status reports and take necessary actions to remove blockers for timely engineering delivery and fabrication work.What you'll haveMust be an engineer (Mechanical or Chemical) with vast experience in project management of medium to large size projects in oil & gas or refinery industry.Should have strong EPC or EPCM background and must have knowledge of procurement life cycle of equipment and materials.Has sufficient technical knowledge to interface with engineering team, suppliers and the customer for smooth execution and closure of equipment and materials orders.Can liaise with stakeholders and has good communication skills.Self-starter and good problem resolution skills.Ability to understand project schedules and act in an agile manner when needed.Why you should applyTake advantage of our global on-line learning platform!Competitive rem & employee benefits.Enjoy a varied & challenging role.Career development opportunities beyond this role.Moving forward togetherWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
