Initial contract duration 6 months Extension term 6 months X2 Location of work VIC, Offsite Working arrangements On site 2 days The Delivery Manager, EME and CDR will work under limited direction to lead and coordinate business as usual (BAU) initiatives to support and improve the Organisation's Energy Made Easy (EME) and Consumer Data Right (CDR) products.
The Delivery Manager, EME and CDR will facilitate strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support collaboration, provide subject matter expertise, manage expectations and ensure the smooth and successful delivery of EME and CDR product changes delivered via project, managed services and BAU channels.
We are looking for a driven and talented professional with well-rounded business and technical skills, who has a proven track record of managing a portfolio of initiatives, an understanding of business value drivers and experience in managing technical teams.
Selection criteria In addition to meeting the duties outlined above, the selection panel will have regard to the following criteria: Experience in managing and coordinating digital and transformation initiatives in the energy sector, along with a deep understanding of program planning, sequencing, and business process optimisation.
Ability to develop and manage day-to-day program activities, including coordination of multiple initiatives and timelines, coupled with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communicating with influence skills, including the proven ability to easily build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
A demonstrated ability to effectively work with a cross-functional team incorporating both business and technical skill sets.
Strong understanding of digital technologies, platforms, and tools along with ability to work with project management software and reporting tools.
