Autism CRC is seeking an exceptional candidate to undertake the role of Delivery Manager in the Knowledge Translation team. This is a full-time role, reporting to our Chief Innovation Officer, commencing 20 January 2025, for a period of 12 months with the possibility of extension. Flexible work arrangements are negotiable.

As our Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery and evolution of Autism CRC digital products, working closely with the Associate Product Manager, Knowledge Translation team, and digital agencies. You will also have an important strategic role in understanding our business and the market landscape, collaborating with the autistic community, researchers, digital agencies, autism service providers, and education partners to achieve key organisational objectives.
Established in 2013, Autism CRC is the world's first national cooperative research centre focused on autism. We are now the independent national source of evidence for best practice in relation to autism across the lifespan and the spectrum. We provide the national capacity to develop and deliver evidence-based outcomes through our unique collaboration with autistic people, families, professionals, service providers, researchers, and the government.

The personQualifications and Experience Tertiary qualifications in IT, education, or related degreeProven experience in IT delivery, or project management with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership roleDemonstrated commitment to Human-Centered Design and/or co-design, with a strong understanding of accessibility including WCAG 2.0Proven experience building and/or delivering technology solutions with excellent uptake and engagementExperience leading project teams, along with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholdersGood knowledge of Project Management Methodologies (eg PMBOK, PRINCE2 and/or Agile)Demonstrated high level interpersonal communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain networks and contacts and relate to stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.Qualifications and Experience (Desirable) Lived experience of autismExperience in development of e-learning, education-related technology solutionsWhat we offer The opportunity to work in a passionate and motivated organisation that develops and invests in staff and provides flexible work arrangements.
