We're looking for driven delivery managers and consultants to work directly with clients, overseeing the actions set out in strategic IT plans and ensuring day-to-day project success.Job Description:As a Delivery Manager / Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the successful implementation of IT strategies and projects for our clients. You will play a crucial role in making sure the initiatives we develop are adopted and effectively executed, helping organisations turn their strategies into tangible results. Your work will include overseeing IT projects, managing client relationships, and ensuring the strategies we deliver are followed through and acted upon.Key Responsibilities:IT Strategy Delivery: Manage the actions set out in IT strategies we've developed for clients, guiding them in the adoption and implementation of key initiatives.Project Management: Lead IT projects from planning to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.Client Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and resolving any issues that may arise.Strategy Implementation: Help clients take up and execute the IT strategies we've delivered, ensuring they adopt the work and achieve their strategic objectives.Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring the project remains aligned with business goals and receives appropriate support.Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify and address risks, managing challenges to keep projects on track.Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in delivery methodologies, adapting approaches to better meet client needs and enhance project outcomes.Experience:Proven experience in IT delivery management, consulting, or project management, with a focus on working with clients to implement strategies.Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently, particularly within IT, technology, or digital landscapes.Expertise in translating strategic plans into action, ensuring clients follow through and achieve the intended outcomes.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong, trusting relationships.Problem-solving skills and attention to detail, especially in fast-paced environments.Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is beneficial.How to Apply:If you're passionate about delivering IT strategies and driving successful project outcomes, we would love to hear from you.Atlas Digital Innovations is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
