Delivery Leads are responsible for managing and optimising the Delivery across multiple squads.
They drive all aspects of the product and technology initiatives from start to finish, including planning, prioritisation, scheduling, risk management, resource allocation, and communication with stakeholders.
Who are you?
The ideal candidate will…
5+ years experience leading Agile Delivery across multiple squads or teams and actively contributing to the successful delivery of initiatives.Skilled in multiple Agile frameworks (e.g.
Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS), with an ability to be agnostic of agile frameworks when assessing the most valuable way forward.Expertise with the use of delivery tools, which includes JIRA, Confluence, Lucid and automation of flow and reporting.Expertise in planning, scheduling, and managing risks, issues and dependencies.
