The Information Management and Technology Division guides the Department's digital capability and is leading digital transformation for the Department, including Victorian government schools.
The Division architects, manages, and supports the largest technology network in Victoria, supporting a user base of approximately 750,000 staff and students.

IMTD provides innovation and leadership in the transformation and management of the Department's digital capability through the implementation of solutions on the department's cloud environment (IaaS), enterprise cloud platforms (PaaS), and software (SaaS), using agile practices with a focus on user experience, security, and integration.

About the Role A fantastic, fixed-term opportunity exists for the Delivery Lead within the Digital Design and Innovation Branch.
The purpose of this role is to support the Digital Design and Innovation Branch in the delivery of end-to-end product services to business areas across the Department of Education, including project and program planning which results in strong and reliable resource allocation to programs of work.

Attributes To be successful in this role you will have: Sound experience in product development and project/program management. Demonstrated ability to develop and build resource plans and mapping against programs that result in a strong and reliable pipeline of resources. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Good experience in developing and implementing stakeholder engagement plans to build program/project knowledge. Sound understanding of planning projects by ensuring resources are appropriately applied and managed. Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders to identify needs and issues and develop solutions. Good understanding of agile project teams and is able to assemble and support such teams.
