About the role: Our Electrification & Innovation (E&I) business helps Australians transition to cleaner energy through sustainable, scalable electrification products and innovative solutions.

The Delivery Lead oversees the end-to-end delivery of e-mobility initiatives, optimizing workflows, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
This role involves expertise in e-mobility products, contributing directly to team outcomes, and collaborating across cross-functional teams to meet timelines and scope.
The Delivery Lead champions Agile principles, supports Product Owners, monitors progress, resolves issues, and fosters continuous improvement.
Effective communication with stakeholders is key to aligning program goals and driving successful outcomes.
This role sits within the E&I value stream, focused on incubating and scaling products that help customers decarbonize their lives and transportation.
What you'll be doing: Lead the optimization of squad workflows to ensure the successful delivery of key initiatives, driving alignment with business outcomes and acting as a key escalation point for delivery challenges.Take an active role in driving and delivering squad outcomes, working hands-on to boost squad capacity and ensure timely completion of all commitments.
