What you do: As our Delivery Lead, you will be an influential and innovative delivery professional, leading a cross functional feature team who are passionate about delivering value. Working within the feature team, you will be proactively engaging the Product Owner and wider iSelect business from discovery to delivery and into production with a focus on quality and speed to value. In addition to work within your feature team, you will be accountable for the end to end delivery of initiatives within your streams.You will foster strong partnerships with our internal teams and delivery partners, driving continuous improvement and agile/lean ways of working.
