Join our Group Treasury Capital team, supporting the delivery of a significant Financial Planning and Analysis Transformation Program. You will join our team of project professionals and finance SMEs, working closely with our delivery partners, technology and business teams to support the implementation and optimisation of Anaplan as our strategic forecasting and planning platform.

What role will you play?As Delivery Lead, you will lead a stream of our Treasury Forecasting and Projections Transformation initiative. Working in close partnership with the project manager and initiative owner, you will guide the Treasury Forecasting and Projections Transformation project to successful completion, driving delivery within agreed timelines, scope, and budget and managing risks appropriately.
Additionally, you will partner with internal teams and the system integration partner to ensure models are built to meet both specifications and the strategic forecasting needs of the business. You will proactively manage vendor relationships to ensure all project deliverables meet acceptance criteria and align with project objectives and business requirements.
What you offerBachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, Accounting or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of proven experience in Project Management or Delivery Lead roles, preferably within the financial services industry, with a focus on forecasting and projectionsExceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of engaging with and influencing at various organizational levelsStrong analytical, problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail and inquisitive mindsetExperience with Anaplan implementations or Treasury transformation projects will be highly regarded.We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us.
