About the role
As a Delivery Lead in the Digital Team, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of digital initiatives, ensuring smooth execution from inception to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, design, vendors and other stakeholders, to establish fit-for-purpose effective ways of working by aligning goals, and delivering outcomes and value with quality in mind.
This role requires a strategic mindset, an understanding of agile and lean methodologies, and a hands-on approach to delivery. You will be instrumental in implementing lean practices within the team and more broadly within Cbus, ensuring effective and efficient delivery governance, assurance and processes that deliver the right value and outcomes through a continuous test and learn approach.
In your role you will contribute to portfolio & program delivery, aligning with the Cbus's vision and roadmap. You will be responsible to define and sequence activities to develop and manage delivery plans.
You will lead the planning, execution, monitoring and successful delivery of outcomes in alignment with business objectives and strategic goals, validating scope and expectations to delivering value, whilst driving release to production that includes collaborating and coordinating across teams that includes IT and Business readiness teams.
You will provide regular visibility of delivery updates to leadership and stakeholders on progress, roadblocks, opportunities and team performance. You will empower, coach and mentor team members on agile practices, fostering continuous iterative improvements culture, teamwork, lean and test & learn mindset.
To be successful you will have more than 3 years' experience in a similar role within a digital environment. You will be highly proficient in different project delivery approaches including Agile delivery principles and practices and Waterfall with strong ability to manage delivery scope, timelines and budgets.
You will have excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with multiple teams.
