Summary of Role:We are seeking a Digital Delivery Lead with a strong background in active Digital Project implementation and delivery. You will be accountable for mentoring and leading the team and project scope from a delivery perspective ensuring client needs and expectations are met.
Role & Responsibilities:You will be leading and setting up a digital team for delivery while collaborating with design consultants, construction contractors / subcontractors, IT/OT Vendors, Systems Integrators, and other internal and external project stakeholders on behalf of Building and Infrastructure Owners/Operators. You will influence business and digital strategy across projects and functions to create value and competitive advantage. You will be required to act as the Key Account Manager for select clients and to ensure long-term relationships.Manage multiple projects to ensure vision, scope, program, planning, delivery targets, and financials are achieved.Champion contract, commercial, and financial risk management, negotiate terms and conditions with the client and provide accurate forecasting of both costs and revenue in accordance with risk profile.Review PM duties around project resource assignments and manage team resourcing. Coordinate and manage delivery team activities and members from other Willow offices.Support the end-to-end implementation of technology for our existing and new customers.Create strategies and tools to increase productivity while reducing risk in delivery.Collaborate with subject matter experts from our Smart Building and Product/Engineering teams.Accountable for the mentoring and leadership of the Digital Team that will be directly reporting to you.Leverage Willow's open-source Ontologies to create digital twins with internal and external team members.Lead and manage site setup activities and testing in WillowTwin software offerings.Build a deep understanding of product and solution architecture to support customer use-cases, outcomes, and ROI.Identify and lead continuous improvements to drive increased value and effectiveness. Actively seek feedback from Clients and Project teams.Work with Customer Accounts in the procurement and onboarding of new customers as well as ongoing success, maintenance, and upgrades to existing customer deployments.Skills & Experience Required:Tertiary Degree (bachelor level) in Engineering, Built Environment, or Architecture.10+ years of experience in AEC project delivery or IT/ Software as a Service (SaaS) platform implementation or Consulting Management.Minimum 3+ years' experience managing a team. Multi-disciplinary large-scale project experience.Can manage multiple complex delivery activities across several customer accounts simultaneously. Demonstrated experience in project management, planning, program creation, and delivery.A good understanding of finances and preparation of fee proposals. Enough experience to track and plan budgets, costs, and maximize financial project efficiency.Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and risk management skills.Strong technical aptitude; previous hands-on experience with BIM, Design Technology, Graph Databases, or Data Management/Analysis is a plus but a non-stop desire to learn more and get deep into the work is a must.Domain knowledge in at least one relevant subject matter area this role will touch on: Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, Rail, Facilities Management, Asset Management, or Operations.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to train others.
