We are responsible for maintaining the technical health of the bank delivery toolset for Portfolio Management, Governance, Delivery management, and BAU operations; as well as developing metrics and reports to enable real-time data and insights, and capacity planning. Bring real change to enhance how we do things by supporting our ways of working across the bank. You'll get broad exposure across the bank whilst developing a breadth of skills.
In this role you'll get to… Upkeep and support delivery tools - all Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, Tempo, PlanView & various other applications) by troubleshooting, supporting, coding, and rolling out change.Apply Lean and Process Improvement Methodologies (including waste identification, simplification).Provide coaching, training and utilising lead/cycle time, velocity measures and delivery metrics.Apply Delivery/Project Management practices in an Agile Environment to enable delivery of complex projects.Communicate changes to stakeholders at all levels (C-Suite to Developer).Work collaboratively with a broad range of Practices, Services and Teams to ensure a consistent approach.What you'll bring to the role As a guide, to be successful in the role you will have:
To be skilled in supporting delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence in a complex enterprise environment.Experienced in programming: To support and develop the delivery tools when required. Eg. Java/Groovy Scripting.Familiar with DevOps: Git, Gitlab, Terraform, Linux, AWS.Experience in managing Atlassian product set, OnPrem/Cloud version.Expertise and working knowledge of Agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.So, why work with us?
