With Bendigo Bank… and you.About the opportunityJoin our Delivery Enablement team!We are responsible for maintaining the technical health of bank delivery toolset for Portfolio Management, Governance, Delivery management and BAU operations; as well as developing metrics and reports to enable real time data and insights, and capacity planning.

You'll get broad exposure across the bank whilst developing a breadth of skills.In this role you'll get to…Upkeep and support delivery tools - all Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, Tempo, and various other applications) by troubleshooting, supporting, coding, and rolling out change.Apply Lean and Process Improvement Methodologies (including waste identification, simplification).Provide coaching, training and utilising lead/cycle time, velocity measures and delivery metrics.Apply Delivery/Project Management practices in an Agile Environment to enable delivery of complex projects.Communicate changes to stakeholders at all levels (C-Suite to Developer).Work collaboratively with a broad range of Practices, Services and Teams to ensure a consistent approach.What you'll bring to the roleAdminister, configure, and maintain the on-premise Jira instance hosted on AWS Cloud, including user management, workflows, permissions, and customizations.Provide advanced support for Confluence spaces to enhance team collaboration and knowledge sharing.Support the integration and efficient use of Tempo within the Jira ecosystem for time tracking, end of month reporting and resource management.Develop and implement best practices for Atlassian tools, ensuring consistent usage and alignment with organizational processes.Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply patches or updates as needed.Deliver training and support to users to improve adoption and proficiency with Atlassian tools.Work closely with AWS cloud teams to ensure the security and scalability of the on-premise environment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and provide tailored solutions within the Atlassian suite.So, why work with us?Want big impact that matters?
