About the Opportunity: Reporting into the Toogoolawah Branch Manager, the focus of your role will be to ensure orders are delivered safely on farm and in full. Tasks are varied and will include: Goods receipt and dispatchManagement of stock, pick and pack ordersForklift operationGoods receipt and dispatchLoading and unloading trucksInventory controlAssisting with sales in the branch when requiredMerchandising and processing sales transactionsResponding to customer queries and resolving issues to ensure satisfactionMaintaining a welcoming, safe and well-presented store environment About You: To be successful you will be a self-motivated and driven person capable of nurturing and sustaining strong customer relationships. In addition, you will have: Truck licence – either MR or HR is required.A current drivers' licence and forklift ticket is required. Focus on safety for yourself and your workmates.Prior inventory and stock control experienceHigh attention to detailExcellent communication skillsHigh level of customer service skillsAbility to work well under pressure and prioritize the workload whilst ensuring completion of all tasks in a timely manner Why work for us?
