Delivery Driver

For over 50 years HM GEM Engines have specialized in Automotive and Heavy Duty Diesel and Gas Engine machining including the supply of fully remanufactured engines, cylinder heads & component supply throughout Australia. We support the automotive, earthmoving, marine, industrial, mining, power generation and agricultural industries.
We are currently seeking a full time, experienced and reliable Delivery Driver for our head office workshop located in Dandenong Victoria.
This workshop has been re-equipped with the latest in engine reconditioning equipment including CNC block machining capability.
The primary markets serviced from this facility are the Heavy-Duty Diesel Engine industry including Truck, Bus, Locomotive, Power Generation Agricultural & Mining divisions, with Light Diesel & Petrol industries also serviced.
Essential skills and attributes that would favor your selection for this position would include:
A current Medium Rigid (minimum) license, with a clear driving record.Forklift license viewed favorablyProfessional personal appearance with good communication skillsPunctual, Honest & enjoy interaction with clients & customersPrior experience in the engine reconditioning/ diesel engine field.Duties would include: Pick- up and delivery duties to a high-profile customer base.
