Role – Delivery Coordinator- Req 51069 Permanent Location: Sydney The Consumer Capability Team is looking for a Delivery Coordinator to join the team.

How will I help? Assisting in processing invoices, monitoring expenses, and managing vendor contracts. Liaising with finance teams to ensure all financial data is accurate and up to date. Maintaining team knowledge repositories, including playbooks, procedures, and project documentation. Preparing regular reports and dashboards for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, progress, and potential risks. Providing general administrative support, including expense claims, scheduling meetings, coordinating team communications, and maintaining databases. Coordinating program timelines, ensuring timely delivery of capability and talent initiatives. Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth program operations and logistics. Working with relevant teams to ensure learning, communication, and collaboration platforms are maintained and up to date. Managing learner enrollments, course completions, and certifications with Learning Services. Overseeing the curation and management of digital learning content, ensuring consistency and management of risk, including coordinating JIRA tickets as they arise. Coordinating logistics for learning events and internal capability campaigns, including booking venues, managing invitations, and handling materials. Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of events and campaigns. What's in it for me? Seamless coordination of program administration tasks, ensuring on-time delivery of capability and talent initiatives. Administration and maintenance of learning and communications platforms, and digital content, to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
