Seeking a Delivery Coordinator for a reputable organisation, with an initial contract of approximately 12 months and the possibility of extension. You will plan, coordinate, and implement activities that ensure the successful delivery of initiatives. Collaborate with the Digital Engagement Capability area, utilising project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile to develop project plans, monitor and track progress, and address risks and issues.
Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed initiative plans, including schedules, budgets, team duties, goals, and timelines as directed.Collaborate with teams and present plans to stakeholders.Monitor and report on initiatives to ensure they stay on track, meet deadlines, stay under budget, identify risks, and achieve objectives.Document and report initiative results upon completion.Assist the Project Manager with vendor briefs, contracts, procurement, and contract administration.Ensure contract management aligns with best practices, minimizes risks, meets quality standards, and complies with requirements.Participate in business case preparation, procurement, design, review, development, testing, go-live, and support handover.Maintain accurate initiative records and documentation.Perform other relevant duties as directed.Who We Are Looking For:
Proven experience in project delivery roles or an excellent organiser with an advanced IT skill set.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Ability to work with pivot tables in Excel.Clear and effective communicator.Ability to adapt focus as needed as there can be a chance in direction at times.Excellent organizational skills.Strong attention to detail.High level of initiative and to be able to quickly put documents together when required.Proactive and forward-thinking.To apply for this role, please forward your resume today.
