.The Delivery and Coaching Team Leader at Foodie Coaches is responsible for managing a dedicated team of hospitality business coaches and their support staff. This role ensures the seamless delivery of tailored coaching programs, guiding members on their journey towards achieving their business goals. The Team Leader will oversee the end-to-end delivery of coaching services, coordinating sessions, workshops, and other engagements while maintaining the highest standards of service.

1 End-to-End Service Delivery: - Manage the full cycle of our coaching services, ensuring each phase is executed efficiently and effectively.
- Oversee the scheduling of coaching sessions, workshops, and other member engagements to optimise resource use and member satisfaction. 2 2 Team Coordination and Leadership: - Lead, mentor, and develop the coaching and support teams, providing clear direction, support, and guidance.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and excellence in service delivery. 3 3 Quality Assurance: - Ensure that all coaching services are delivered on time, within scope, and meet or exceed quality standards.
- Implement best practices in coaching and program delivery, continuously improving processes and methodologies. 4 4 Performance Reporting: - Prepare and present regular reports on the delivery and performance of the coaching program.
- Utilize data and feedback to assess program effectiveness and make informed decisions on enhancements and adjustments. 5 5 Member Support and Engagement: - Ensure that members receive consistent, high-quality support throughout their coaching journey.
- Address any issues or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive and productive experience for all members.
