Job Description

Reporting directly to the Dealer Principal at Cricks Maroochydore, you will serve as the main point of contact between our Sales and Service Departments to ensure seamless vehicle deliveries and exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities will include :
Serve as the primary contact for customers from the time of sale to vehicle handover. Manage all deal pack documents for new vehicle purchases and coordinate the vehicle delivery schedule between Sales Executives and dealership personnel. Liaise with the Pre-Delivery Coordinator and Stock Control to inspect all arriving vehicles for cleanliness, damage, and completeness, while keeping customers informed about vehicle availability. Manage the finance delivery board, process repair orders, ensure accurate vehicle registrations, and prepare new vehicle gift packs and owner's manuals prior to delivery. Provide administrative support to Corporate Sales, and substitute for stock control, vehicle sales, and aftermarket duties when necessary. Establish and maintain effective working relationships within and between departments. Our ideal candidate will possess the following: Efficient use of EraPower or similar dealership management systems Understanding of stock floorplan requirements Strong product knowledge A passion for the automotive industry Outstanding communication and personal presentation skills Hands-on approach A strong desire to achieve individual and team targets Experience in the automotive industry or previous experience in a similar role will be advantageous Current Driver's Licence This role offers: Our staff and their families enjoy access to benefits such as discounts on vehicles, finance and servicing, discounted health insurance and access to our Employee Assistance Program!
