About the role Grain Corp is currently seeking a Delivery Analyst to join our newly formed Transformation Delivery team. This role will work across the business to support reporting, tracking, and delivery of individual transformation initiatives that sit within the priority areas of Digital, Data, System Transformation, Value Delivery, and any other key transformation delivery initiatives as they arise. The responsibilities of the role will include: Coordination between transformation streams and tracking interdependencies to ensure an overall transformation approach and to support the senior leadership team with leading and executing change. Support the governance setup and report on sequencing, resourcing, benefits tracking, and ensuring key dependencies are on track. Tracking financial and commercial value on transformation streams. Support the design and delivery of people and process changes. Communication to all stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of dependencies, deliverables, and issues and to manage stakeholder expectations. Proactively monitor project progress, identifying/anticipating risks. About your experience Candidates will have prior experience in project management in a commercial role with strong stakeholder engagement experience. Candidates will also display: Able to communicate insights and recommendations at all levels of the business. Change management experience ideally in a large or ASX listed organisation. Experience assessing project resources and benefits and making project recommendations. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and resolve issues. Experience tracking financial and non-financial risks. Tertiary qualification in Business, Accounting, Finance or other related discipline. Progressed candidates will be required to provide proof of working rights and suitable professional referees. Please note: Internally this role is titled: Business Analyst. #J-18808-Ljbffr
