The successful applicant will be enthusiastic and motivated, capable of leading their team effectively, and have confidence in managing tasks such as stock control and product development. Training and mentoring will be provided on the job, however experience in staff supervision and management is essential to this role. A Food Handling Certificate would be advantageous.
