Responsibilities Customer loyalty analysis and reporting.
Driving member acquisition and engagement through segmentation and layering of offers.
Developing and delivering data-driven direct marketing strategies.
Delivering actionable insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
What will you bring?
Degree-level qualification in a relevant discipline.
Demonstrated experience working in an analysis/insights role.
Experience in loyalty analytics, gaming, marketing, or CRM will be highly regarded.
Advanced skills in using Excel, PowerBI, SQL, and Python, or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of statistical concepts, predictive modelling, and applications.
Proven analytical skills, with the ability to overlay commercial acumen to develop insights and recommendations.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Casino Operative License.
