About the Role Reporting through to the Director of People & Culture ManpowerGroup - Australia, the DEIB Advisor will be initially responsible for:
Continuing the execution of our three-year strategy (2023 - 2025)Coordinating, implementing, and monitoring DEIB initiatives across all brands and locationsProviding advice on the implementation of best practice initiatives that align with our internal, client, and candidate visionManaging productive stakeholder relationships and external partnershipsFocusing on proactive strategies that increase workforce participation opportunities for individuals belonging to diverse groupsMaintaining 50% female representation in our succession pipeline for our Executive Leadership Team and Senior Leadership TeamEffective implementation of our Reflect RAPSupporting our aspirations to remove barriers to employmentInclusion for minority and disadvantaged groups such as Veterans or people living with disabilityJoining Regional (Asia Pacific Middle East) and Global DEIB working groups and project teamsContributing to the development of our future DEIB strategy, goals, and aspirationsYour Background We are interested in a wide range of candidates, which includes people who currently specialise in D&I or a related discipline, through to recruitment or HR professionals who have had exposure through generalist or project work.
