Defendant Medical Negligence Lawyer

We provide advice to some of Australia's leading medical defence insurers and represent their members (doctors, dentists, and other healthcare professionals) in a broad range of medical defence work.
You will have the opportunity to work across a wide range of file types, including medical negligence litigation, Ahpra investigations and disciplinary proceedings, coronial inquests, hospital investigations, and employment matters.
You will be a key part of a very collegiate team who work closely together, share ideas, support one another, and strive to provide the highest quality service to clients.
We are looking for solicitors with at least 5 years PAE for this role - ideally with defendant experience in medical/health law litigation, and experience drafting advices.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an award-winning practice, working on large complex clients and matters.
