Working closely with major insurer and government insurer clients, you will provide a full service including:
Providing legal advice to clientsManaging client filesDrafting pleadings, affidavits, notices and witness statementsAttending hearings on behalf of clientsConducting legal research and analysisThe firm is open to lawyers at a range of levels for this role from 1PAE upwards. The primary focus of this role will be on workers' compensation and motor vehicle injury matters.
