At Wilson Security, we are committed to professional development, offering training and career advancement opportunities both within the Defence contract and our wider security footprint.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Be available to work 12-hour shifts, including nights/weekends (24/7 availability)Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.Take pride in their presentation and bearing in all interactions.Be adaptable to an ever-changing environment.Be a lateral thinker and problem solver, resolving issues that may arise.Understand the chain of command and correct escalation process.Ability to provide detailed and factually accurate reports on security incidents and HSE hazards both electronically or on paper.Have sound basic IT skills using a range of software.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:MUST be an Australian CitizenCurrent Valid SA Security LicenceA current and valid SA Driver's LicenceA current First Aid CertificateDESIRABLE:Negative Vetting Clearance (NV1)ADF Veterans highly encouraged to apply.
