Defence Sector Lead

DAC Enterprises Pty Ltd is a well-established local Darwin-based company with four decades of experience in the Civil Construction and Engineering sector. We are known for our commitment to quality and timely execution. As we expand our business, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Defence Sector Lead to spearhead our engagement in the Defence Industry.
Position: Defence Sector Lead
Key Responsibilities:
Engagement Leadership: Spearhead our engagement into the Defence sector, establishing and maintaining strong relationships.
Project Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all Defence projects, managing them from inception to completion.
HOTO Documentation: Manage and complete all Handover and Takeover (HOTO) documentation.
Tender Preparation: Lead the preparation of tender submissions, ensuring all documentation is thorough and competitive.
Client Handover: Provide a seamless handover process for clients, ensuring satisfaction and project success.
Requirements:
Experience: Demonstrated experience in HOTO documentation within the Northern Territory Defence sector.
Education: A degree in Civil Engineering or Project Management with a strong understanding of civil construction.
Networking: Established contacts and positive relationships within the Northern Territory Defence sector.
Flexibility: Willingness to attend site visits, even in remote areas.
Autonomy: Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Organisation: Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
