Qualifications & Experience Demonstrated scheduling experience in Defence or Government Proficiency in Open Plan Professional is essential Proficiency in Microsoft Project is highly desirable Solid understanding of the One Defence Capability System Tasks & Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules as part of an Integrated Master Schedule Link capability integration into the achievement of program outcomes, and traceability from benefits to project outputs Analyse schedule data to identify risks, delays, and improvement opportunities and prepare advice, reports and status updates to stakeholders Support the development and implementation of scheduling best practices, processes and standards, including delivering training and uplift to existing skillsets Develop briefs and provide advice to senior executives on project and program planning #J-18808-Ljbffr
