Our vision is bold, our goals ambitious, and our commitment unwavering.  Role Overview:  As our Defence and Security project portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Canberra. This key appointment will focus on enhancing our capabilities within the Defence and Security sectors.  In this varied role, you will oversee the full project life cycle, including business case development, feasibility assessments, planning, design, and delivery of major projects. You will take a leading role in delivering exciting and complex projects, driving success from the front.  Responsibilities:  Lead and manage all phases of project delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives and strategic goals, while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. Foster strong relationships with clients, government stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Identify potential risks and challenges throughout the project, implementing effective mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial accountability and delivering projects within agreed-upon financial parameters.  About You: Proven project management experience, with a strong background in planning and executing complex projects, particularly partnering with Defence and government clients. A relevant tertiary degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related discipline is desired. Maintain a baseline security clearance is desired A focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships through outstanding performance. Familiarity with Defence and Security planning, delivery, and government approval processes to ensure compliance and effectiveness in project execution. A rewarding career: Strive forward with purpose.
