Job Details: SUMMARY: This role supports the delivery of ADF training, through direct support to exercise planning, supporting scenario delivery functions, and the directed coaching and mentoring of ADF leaders in various roles.
This exciting role will require an experienced individual to closely coordinate planning and coaching efforts to meet customer requirements.
This position typically works under general supervision and direction.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Manage administrative requirements for training deployment where directed.
Receive, prioritise and direct delivery requirements in support of ADF activities.
Identify and adapt to any identified challenges.
Support uniformed CTC exercise designers and planners meet task outputs as required by changes in Army priorities or short-notice operational contingencies.
Support exercise execution where required in a coaching, HICON or planning capacity.
Arrange and attend meetings with the customer as required.
Prepare and submit progress reports to higher management and to the customer when required.
Provide direction and assist in the writing and sequencing exercise Events, Incidents and Injects.

Skills/Experience/Knowledge Minimum of 15 years military or related experience.
Skilled in using Microsoft Office suite of applications Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Skilled at team building and consensus building.
