About us Defence Housing Australia (DHA) is a Nationally Recognised Government Business Enterprise with the primary role of providing housing and related services to Defence and their families. DHA manages one of Australia's largest national housing portfolios of about 17,000 properties and has an opportunity for an experienced Change Management Officer to join the team.
About the role As a Change Management Officer, you will be primarily focused on expanding DHA's change management capability, providing change management advice across the organisation. You will conduct change analysis and assessments for projects to inform change management plans and communications. You will be responsible for identifying integration points, linkages and dependencies across different initiatives, and feeding Intel into the enterprise view of change.
About your team The Change Management Officer within the Enterprise Change Management (ECM) Team provides dedicated support to programs and projects and contributes to the enterprise view of change, facilitating linkages and dependencies.
You will have the following skills and attributes to be successful in this role: Proven ability in applying change management principles to support people through transformational change. Demonstrated ability in conducting objective analysis and providing evidence-based advice. Demonstrated experience in building change management capability across an organisation focusing on how people transition through change. Proven ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage work priorities across multiple projects. Ability to collaborate, influence and positively engage stakeholders. For this role, we will consider how well you: Provide clear and valuable change management advice to diverse stakeholders. Conduct change management analysis and assessments to inform change and communication plans. Create buy-in for change management and uplift capability across the organisation in an ambiguous and evolving environment. Assist with developing an enterprise view of change including identifying linkages and dependencies. Support change initiatives through effective and tailored communications.
