About the role The position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer-focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will also build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders.
In this role you will: Conduct guard patrols across the premises and be responsible for security site unlock and lockups Escort staff and personnel on site Monitor CCTV footage and actioning breach situations appropriately Direct roving security officers to respond to alarms and take appropriate action Using appropriate methods of communication (e.g. radio, phone, logbooks) to report incidents and issues Maintaining logs and records of occurrences, completing necessary paperwork, and using computer terminal to input and retrieve data Skills & Experience Must be an Australian Citizen Current ACT Security License Current ACT Driver's License Certificate II in Security Operations or higher NV1, NV2 or PV Clearance Ability to work in high pressure environments Ability to work on a 24/7 rotating roster Must be over 18 years How to apply MSS Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
