The Role
As an APS 6, part of the Fuel Capability Branch, you will be responsible for deliverables including:
Supporting the management of the product schedule and allocation of funds to support the operation and maintenance of the Defence Fuel Network (DFN); Managing entitlements across the Defence Fuel Supply Chain (DFSC), such as fleet and Defence Fuel Installation (DFI) equipment; and Supporting delivery of the Network Sustainment Program that provides safety and maintenance enhancements across DFN.
About our Team
Fuel Capability Branch's (FCB) has responsibility for operating, maintaining, governing, enhancing and sustaining the Defence Fuel Supply Chain (DFSC) across Australia and globally.
As part of Joint Logistics Command, we are responsible for end to end Defence fuel capability.

This includes:
Fuel supply; Strategic asset management; Engineering services; Key strategic projects outlined in the National Defence Strategy; Fuel and fuel infrastructure specifications standards; Product procurement; Support the transition of military capabilities to renewable energies; and Fuel capability.
The DFSC and the Defence Fuel Network (DFN).As an integrated and geographically dispersed team, our Vision is to safely fuel the force by delivering 0:1:100 - zero loss incidents and injuries, one safe, integrated resilient DFSC, and 100% deliveries in full and on time.
The branch workforce is a blend of APS, ADF, Reservist and contractors.
