About The Opportunity

With their current Defects Manager retiring, they are looking to engage another Site Manager or Foreman, who would like to step back from day to day construction, to take over the role.
In this role, you will be managing the defect rectification process with the unit owners and subbies and, where more practical, jumping on the tools to fix small defects yourself.
The role is Monday to Friday, managing any defects that arise post PC on their north Brisbane projects.
What You Will Need To Succeed

Experience working for another builder as a Foreman, Site Foreman or Site Manager, your supervisor's licence, and car licence.
