The Role In this newly created role you will need to identify defects, causes and what needs to be done to rectify them.
You will also be someone that has a high-level understanding of Australian Standards, the building code and QBCC requirements.
As the Defects & Compliance Manager your main areas of responsibility will include:
Defect Management & Defect RectificationQA Operational ManagementConstruction Quality & ComplianceProcesses, QA Management System & TrainingAbout You As the Defects & Compliance Manager you will have:
Strong knowledge of AS Standards, NCC, QBCC Standards and Tolerances.Experience in managing external building defect auditors and communication related to QBCC requirements.Significant experience across high rise/residential construction projects.Significant experience in implementing quality management in to construction processes and design.Experience liaising and managing subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.Strong attention to detail and proven communication skills.A current and valid Australian Driver's License.The Benefits There is a highly attractive package of up to $180k + Super + Vehicle/Vehicle Allowance + Phone Allowance.
Salary agreed will be based on level of experience.
