As a Manager, you will be required to perform and direct all areas of restaurant management. Exceptional guest service is a major component of this position. You will be passionate and be our biggest brand ambassador.
We are currently looking for Managers across multiple restaurants in our business.
We have stores at Ashmore, Coomera, Oxenford & Logan Central. Responsibilities: Direct staff to ensure that food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards are maintained. Maintain standards of restaurant safety and security. Responsible for inventory and money control systems. Responsible for local marketing initiatives, focused on growing Guest Count and Brand Recognition. Oversees rosters and food costs. Skills and Experience: Ability to demonstrate results/performance. The ability to train and develop team members. Proven staff management and leadership skills. A hands-on approach. Impeccable presentation and clear, concise communication. A focus on policies and procedures. A passion for delivering high standards of customer service. Must have the right to work in Australia. Holds a valid Australian Driver's License and has access to a car. Salary and Benefits: $70,000 + Super. Generous Bonus Policy to achieve the KPIs and Sales growth of the business.
