About the Role:
We're looking for an enthusiastic Deckhand/Swimmer to join our whale shark and humpback whale swimming tours team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about marine life, ocean adventure, and working closely with others to create unforgettable guest experiences on Ningaloo Reef.
Experience: Proven experience as a deckhand and/or snorkel guide is essential.
Qualifications: Bronze Medallion or Rescue Dive certification minimum, plus at least basic First Aid certification.
Availability: Must be ready to be in Coral Bay from early/mid-March and stay through the full season until the end of August 2025.
Team Fit: A positive, collaborative attitude is crucial. We're seeking someone who can follow instructions and genuinely work well in a team-focused, dynamic environment, contributing to a supportive atmosphere for both colleagues and guests.

Accommodation:
Accommodation is available at $210 per week, inclusive of power and water.
