Training will be provided on site in our Mitcham office and is designed to ensure that you are fully equipped to assist our customers confidently. Following the training period, work from home flexibility will be offered in a hybrid model whilst working a rotational roster between 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

The role Our Debt Collection Specialists play a vital role within the Billing & Collection Division through working with our customers to recover high risk outstanding accounts. You will have the autonomy to assess the risks and implement the appropriate recovery actions, case managing the customers' accounts to completion.
Your key responsibilities The work will involve taking both inbound and outbound calls, always providing a high level of customer service, which will also involve negotiating tailored outcomes to specific customer needs. You will also have the opportunity to identify process improvements.
What we're looking for The successful candidate will enjoy the challenge of taking ownership of all customer issues from the first point of contact and will also be able to demonstrate:
Solid experience with a range of debt collection activities including case management.Relevant debt collection legislation and regulation knowledge.Demonstrated interpersonal and negotiation skills, particularly when working with customers, and the ability to actively listen to our customers.Demonstrated experience in managing all documents, policies and procedures, standards and specifications.Experience in developing strategies, thinking outside the square, and efficiency improvements.More details on responsibilities and core capabilities can be found HERE.
