Hold a PhD or equivalent in a relevant field, with significant experience in research leadership and strategic planning. Have a strong track record of publishing high-quality research and securing funding, demonstrating your commitment to research excellence. Excel at building and nurturing partnerships, both internally and externally, to foster a collaborative research environment. Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to engage and inspire diverse stakeholders. A forward-thinking leader who can adapt strategies to advance research objectives in response to emerging trends. Exhibit curiosity and open-mindedness, welcoming new ideas and approaches to advance research objectives. Are a capable influencer, able to advocate effectively for research initiatives at both university and community levels.
