Professional qualifications in business, finance, technology, law or similar Postgraduate academic qualifications such as an MBA or a Masters is highly regarded Background in a consulting or corporate client-facing environment Commercially focused and skilled in areas such as technology operations, financial due diligence, IT due diligence, operational due diligence, IT strategy, separation, carve outs, corporate M&A strategy, management consulting and strategy consulting Ability to handle multiple and varied projects simultaneously Good understanding of the Australian market with exposure to mergers & acquisitions, business plan review, value creation, market assessment, business operations and technology operations Experienced in producing reports to assist in decision making Strong collaboration, interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with excellent business writing and Excel skills It's time to move forward.
