Our Transaction Services team helps clients navigate our ever-changing commercial landscape via expert vendor due diligence, buy side due diligence and vendor assistance. We form part of the wider Deals team who collectively bring deep industry experience and international networks to help businesses succeed from deal concept to deal close. We help deliver some of the world's leading companies originate, create, execute, and realise value from deals, blending technical skills and strategy to advise top ASX organisations, not-for-profit companies and private clients with spectacular results. Through data-driven insights, we help our clients move in the right direction ensuring maximum value for their company.
Our team is expanding and we are now calling for expressions of interest from Senior Associates for future opportunities within our Transaction Services business.
Use the know-how you've gained in financial analysis in a transaction services or corporate environment. You'll learn plenty as you focus on building lasting relationships as a trusted advisor to a varied and interesting client base, including international corporates, and global and domestic private equity firms in a workplace that's human-led and tech-enabled.
As an expert in financial due diligence you'll solve problems which champion imaginative ways to solve our clients' most important challenges and use your Professional accounting qualification and/or degree in commerce/finance to:
Provide well articulated analytical and commercial insights, produce high quality financial due diligence deliverables/reports and on-the-job support on transactions.
Identify key value drivers, with a focus on understanding businesses and providing financial insights, to build confidence for our clients and help them reach their deal objectives.
Complete financial analysis on buy side and sell side due diligence engagements.
Adopt emerging technologies into the way you work. We have innovative tools to enhance the client experience as well as provide you with access to opportunities to continue developing your digital IQ and capabilities.
Coach and develop a team of talented juniors to grow their capabilities.
Adopt risk management best practices and perform key risk management procedures on engagements.
