Responsibilities: Represent the brand in a professional manner at all times Overall management of the Heatherbrae dealership Leading the sales team from the front and provide training and support Ensuring that their proven sales process is followed at all times  Maintaining employee and client relationships Achieving manufacturer and internal sales targets Adherence to and compliance with policies and procedures.
