Job Responsibilities:Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy vehicles, including trucks and trailers.Conducting thorough inspections to identify mechanical, electrical, and technical issues.Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake replacements.Utilising diagnostic equipment and tools to identify and resolve vehicle issues accurately.Collaborating with the service team to ensure timely and efficient repairs.Providing exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance procedures to clients.Job Requirements:Heavy Vehicle Technician qualification.Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing heavy vehicles, particularly trucks.Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and technical systems in heavy vehicles.Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and software.Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex vehicle issues.Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Excellent communication and customer service skills.On Offer:Salary negotiated on experience plus overtime.Parking available.Factory/manufacturer training.Opportunity to learn and progress your career in the group.Access to Patterson Cheney Group dealership discounts, including New and Used vehicles, Servicing, Parts, Insurance, and Finance.Job security with a strong and growing independent privately owned business.How to Apply:If you are a passionate Heavy Vehicle Truck Technician looking for an exciting opportunity, we want to hear from you!
