About the role: As a Dealership Commercial Van Technician at Mercedes-Benz Waverley, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial vans to the highest standards.
Your role will involve: Conducting routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs of customer vehicles to manufacturer standards and in line with Mercedes-Benz and the dealership processes Performing complex repairs on commercial van components such as engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
Utilising diagnostic tools and equipment to diagnose and troubleshoot van problems accurately.
Collaborating with the service team to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional customer service.
Keeping up-to-date with the latest commercial van technology and industry trends.
About you: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: Proven experience as a technician in a dealership with commercial vans.
Strong knowledge of European commercial van systems and components.
Proficient in using diagnostic equipment and software specific to commercial vans.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
