About the role: We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Dealership Accounts Officer to support the financial controller and the accounts team.
This role will be at Chadstone Toyota and support Patterson Cheney Ringwood and Vision E Mobility brands, including Werribee Mahindra, Mahindra, and JAC Motors in Pakenham.
The successful candidate will have a background in dealership accounts.
About the role: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the dealership, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
Process invoices, payments, and expense claims on time while ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the Sales, Service and Parts departments to reconcile vehicle sales and service records, ensuring proper documentation and timely submission.
Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, reports, and budgets, providing valuable insights to the management team.
Handle customer inquiries and concerns related to billing, payments, and account balances in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
Deal processing, vehicle costing and preparing all documentation for delivery of new/used vehicles.
Stay updated on industry-related financial regulations and best practices, implementing any necessary changes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
About you: Proven dealership experience in Accounts Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent knowledge of financial software and MS Office applications, with proficiency in Excel.
Exceptional organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to multitask and meet deadlines.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently with minimal supervision.
