THE OPPORTUNITY Due to continued business growth across Australia, we have an exciting new opportunity for a Dealership Account Manager to join our Wangara branch. Reporting to the WA Sales & Operations Manager, you will be responsible for strengthening an existing dealership network, managing key accounts, and pro-actively identifying and creating new business relationships to drive rapid growth across Australia. You will exceed the expectations of dealers and customers by managing the quality of products and services and delivering the ultimate customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include: Nurturing and growing existing dealer accounts, and actively canvas and acquire new dealer customersDriving new business pipeline by creating networks within your region, liaising with dealership and agent managers, and adhering to national strategiesMeeting and exceeding set targets/KPIs for your regionResearching competitors, suppliers, and individuals to find new growth opportunities for Norweld and forming strategic partnerships in the industryWorking closely with dealerships to identify their needs, and provide feedback via internal channelsCollaborating with the sales and marketing teams on new business initiativesBuilding long-term relationships with new and existing dealerships and managing your customer base to ensure that our customers are receiving premium serviceWHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR The ideal candidate will have:
Demonstrated sales or account management experience in a dealership (or automotive industry)Proven ability achieving and exceeding sales and management KPIsExceptional negotiation skills and ability to overcome objectionsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with key accounts and customersProven ability to self-manage time and responsibilities while working with autonomyStrong understanding of sales principles, customer relationship management and market dynamicsCustomer orientation with focus on delivering first class services to clients and staffIntermediate/Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, OutlookAbility to use initiative, actively listen and follow through with tasks providedA commitment to superior customer service, product and market developmentSound knowledge of 4x4 Makes, Models and popular accessories and brandsYour dream role awaits… Apply now with your resume and cover letter!
