Deal Processing Administration Clerk
We are seeking an Administration all-rounder who has experience within the Automotive sector or similar who is available immediately and ready to take on their next assignment!
This position will involve working closely with all internal vehicle sales departments, across numerous sites and locations, to ensure all vehicle deals are processed promptly and accurately. A strong eye for detail and compliance will be essential to your success as well as the ability to multi-task and to 'think on your feet'.
The responsibilities:
Processing vehicles deals within specified timeframes. Thoroughly auditing the deal paperwork for compliance and accuracy. Identifying and rectifying errors as they arise and addressing accordingly. Communicating with Sales Departments and the Finance team to ensure strict adherence to policies. Reconciling general ledger accounts as assigned and relevant to deal processing, vehicles etc. Ad hoc administrative duties as required. The successful applicant will have:
1-3 years' experience in a similar role in the Automotive industry. A genuine interest to grow and learn. A willingness to take on new tasks and responsibilities to provide assistance across the entire Administration team and other departments. Excellent communication skills.
